What we collect

When you submit the “Join the RideToo Community” form we collect the information you provide: your name, work email, phone number, company or organization, job title, state, organization type, approximate fleet size, the areas of interest you select, any message you write, and your newsletter and NEMTAC preferences. We also record the source or campaign that brought you to the page.

How we use it

We use your information to:

  • respond to your inquiry and follow up on the interests you selected;
  • send the RideToo newsletter and program updates, if you consented;
  • send resources you requested, such as the Driver Handbook, when available;
  • understand which audiences are engaging so we can build the network well.

Who can see it

Your submission is stored in RideToo's customer relationship management system and in RideToo's own secure database. It is accessible to RideToo personnel and to the service providers that host those systems on our behalf. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with other transportation providers or third parties for their own marketing.

Email consent

Newsletter emails are sent only with your consent. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time by emailing hello@ridetoo.com. Opting out of the newsletter does not prevent us from replying to a direct inquiry you sent us.

Retention and your choices

We keep submissions for as long as needed to maintain our business relationship or respond to your interest. You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@ridetoo.com, and we will act on the request unless we are required to keep the record.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. If we add analytics to understand how the page is used, we will update this policy first.
